"Son of Arceus, I found the source! The man behind all the chaos with the Nightmare Mechs! The guy's name is Todd Hawthon, the same guy who suggested the idea for Rotovire-Z. I was busy talking with this guy about how his idea to stop the mechs had ended up putting us in even more danger from them than before, and I was about to fire him...when I saw this...thing appear right behind him. I wasn't exactly sure what it was, but it was giving me one heck of a glare. Then, all of a sudden, Lukewra came out of nowhere and started attacking the creature. I was about to tell Lukewra to stop, but he told me that this creature was the 'puppet' that attacked him down in that room where the spare fusion chamber is. After recovering from a moment of shock upon hearing that, I asked for more information, and then BAM! Hawthon landed a right hook right in my face! Knocked my mask clean off. After that, he called out to the 'puppet', called 'Gendenette' apparently, and then they both bolted. Lukewra and I quickly gave chase soon after. Currently recording this message while tailing Hawthon. Not the easiest thing in the world."

"Lukewra has also been telling me what it knows about this 'Gendenette' during this chase. From what he could remember from the data found on Hawthon's laptop, the data stated that Gendenette is a mix of Banette, Mega Gengar, and Deoxys. I'd be lying if I said this didn't concern me, seeing as how its has both Legendary AND Mega Evolved DNA in its veins. The data also said that Gendenette posesses the power to fly, move through walls, disappear at will, and even summon any of the other Nightmare Mechs! On top of that, from what Lukewra can remember, it also has the ability to control the minds of its opponents and force them to attack themselves. That's how it was able to beat Mega Lukewra. That's as far as Lukewra was able to gather on it before it KO'd him."

"Honestly, I'm not sure what to expect when I actually do fight this thing. With the power to both make my Pokemon attack themselves AND being able to summon all of the Mechs at once is bad enough. On top of that, all of the other Mechs will all have their own abilities affecting my team, as well. I'm gonna have to give it everything I've got if I'm gonna have even a chance of-wait, what? ...Hehe...I know these passageways better than anyone else in this lab...Hawthon's running towards a dead end! Alright, it's time! TIME TO END THIS NIGHTMARE!!!' [END TRANSMISSION]

Needless to say, "Supporting Me" was playing a LOT while I was making this guy! Sets the mood so well!
(Also, should point out, this was actually made MONTHS ago. Just had to write the description.)

But yes, ladies and gentlemen! The Puppet cometh! Believe it or not, this actually inspired by this: scott910.deviantart.com/art/FU… . Using that pic, I looked it over, thought about it for a bit, and decided to give it my own little take on it. And thus, we have Gendenette!


You might also notice that, unlike all the other Nightmare Mechs I've made, Gendenette is the only one with out sort of Steel typing. My reasoning: I don't really see the Puppet as an animatronic. I see it as a specter. The ghostly manifestation of the first child the Purple Guy murdered. And speaking of Purple Guy...yes, I actually went there.


As for the narrative, we've finally reached the climax! How will it all end? You're just gonna have to wait and see...
(And by 'wait', I mean wait for life to give me enough free time to actually DO what I want to be doing. :\ )
