Sonic and Amy

Easily...my best work yet, picture-wise. Yeah, I was different. I didn't just do Sonic and Amy, I did DARK SONIC V.S. AMY!!! Yeah...intense...

Anyways, I should probably explain this. As if you couldn't already tell, I wanna become a video game designer. And, in my lifetime, I want to have two games made, one obviously taking the form of my Sapio Dex, and the other...being a Sonic game, and THAT"S where this scene comes in.

Long story somewhat short, Sonic and co. were wandering around in a forest, when they find the out of place wasteland, with a dark aura surrounding it. Tails tries to find out where they are, and he makes a grim discovery: The location is Knothole Village, once a forest town, now left in ruins. (Knothole is Sonic's hometown, from the comics. Yeah, I'm integrating those into this.)
Sonic is absolutely devastated at this, so the new character introduced in the game, who I will not name, as he's my own character, suggests that they survey the area to find out what happened. (This leads to a stage, labeled as Knothole Ruins.)
Along the way, Shadow, who was also traveling with the group at the time, calls the others back to see something he found. It was Antione, one of Soni'c childhood friends, turned to stone. (This obviously pains Sonic even more.) Continuing on, seeing more villagers, including Sonic's parents, petrified into stone, they reach the epicenter of the aura. This is the point where Sonic breaks down to tears, at the sight of seeing Sally Acorn, Sonic's actual girlfriend *Flame Shield up*, turned to stone while being dragged down by what looked like demons, with a grievous look of agony on her face.
As everyone tries to console Sonic, the new character notices someone else there as well: Mephiles the Dark. (This is the new character's archenemy, bearing a gruge against him that's 300 years strong, by the way.) After a qick little banter, Mephiles reveals that he was the cause of Knothole's ruination, as a way way of showing the new character is assumed destiny as his apprentice. Mephiles then notices how Sonic is reacting and says how pathetic this trival loss was to him.
That was it. Sonic couldn't take that stinging comment in his current state of mind. Immediately, Sonic erupts in a shining blaze of dark purple flames, and what emerged was still Sonic, but consumed with anger and hatred. Shadow reveals that he has heard of Sonic entering this state once before, at least from what Eggman told him. (Yeah, now I'm tying the Sonic X show into it.) If memory serves, Eggman called this form "Dark Sonic." Dark Sonic then quickly pounds the snot out of a very surprised Mephiles, before the demon escpaed in his gaseous state. While this was happening, the new character says that he knows a technique he can use to resotre Sally to her former self. He proceeds to perform it, but Dark Sonic immediately notices and attacks the new character, not wanting anythng else to happen to Sally.
And then, something shocking happens: Amy steps up, willing to fight the person she loves and risking her life, so the new character can get the chance to turn Sally back to normal. Everyone disagrees at first, but quickly realize that there's no other choice. And that's where this boss battle takes place. (Dark Sonic is obviously the boss, and you play as Amy...in the first part anyways...)

So, yeah, sorry for the long-winded description, but this scene wouldn't have made sense otherwise. Regardless, enjoy this masterpiece that took me FOUR STINKING HOURS TO MAKE!!!
