Zukanov Concept Art-Galiron

Next up in our Zukanov character roster, we have Galiron! Galiron stands as the Prince of Garra; successor and son of the country's current king, King Burnam. As Prince, you'd think that Galiron would at least care somewhat about keeping peace in his country...he doesn't. Unlike the level-headed Burnam, Galiron is VERY hot-headed, and quite cut-throat as well, as he often questions why Burnam doesn't have Garra, sporting the largest army in all of Zukanov, simply go and wipe out the other two countries. He also boasts a high disdain toward all non-Garrans (I guess that techincally means he's racist...?)...so can can imagine his sheer level of anger when he saw two Semulans (Harthon and Jaros) just walk right into the Garran throne room. While the two of them were trying to inform Burnam and his wife, Toria about the invasion in Rayos, Galiron tried to take every opportunity to call them out; making them out as spies sent to assassinate the royal family. Thankfully, Burnam managed to keep him in check while Harthon and Jaros were pleading their case. However, when the two Semulans decided to sneak into his room to get some more answers concerning who burnt Harthon's house to the ground, Galiron had no problems giving these two tree-huggers the beat-down he felt they rightfully deserved! The battle ended with Galiron detonating himself, claiming both his and Jaors's lives...and providing a potential spark for war...

Okay, this one requires a bit of backstory. A few years back, in my Chemistry class during my junior year of high school, we were asked to make these little games that tied in all the subject matter we had learned in class up to that point. My group decided to go with a Candy Land-style board game that focused around the periodic table, and, as you would imagine, I was in charge of handling the artistic elements, which meant designing the layout of the board and the characters. If you want to see want I ended up making, I'll leave to the full list of characters here, but basically all these characters were parallels to the actual Candy Land characters. One of these characters was called "Nitro Devil", the parallel to Lord Licorice. This...was the inspiration behind Galiron's design. The design has been cleaned up significantly since I first came up with the concept, but, aside from one or two minor changes (like his sweet sunglasses! ), the design has actually stayed relatively intact since I first created the Nitro Devil. As you can see, he's basically a devil crossed together with a ton of dynamite, which I thought perfectly fit Galiron's explosive temper. Also, this was the second character I ever made for the Zukanov series, the first being Jaros. As for who would possibly voice Galiron...Dante Basco. Seriously, look at Zuko before he joined up with Aang. He'd be perfect!

Sub-Notes:
1: Galiron's claws, Blitzfire. Can create enough friction in the air to create explosions upon contact with the target. (Note: Galiron actually owns a proper pair of these weapons, but he only uses one throughout his entire appearance in the series.)

2: Galiron without his sunglasses...a rare sight, since he usually NEVER takes off his sunglasses.

3: The Crest of the Black Flame, the symbol of Galiron's royal family.

4: Galiron can ignite himself should ever get enraged or should he ever need a projectile attack (He can shoot fire from his hands when ignited.) Prone to detonating if he ever gets too angry.
